Free Medical Care Policy for Employee Partners

In 2021, we will fully build a moderately prosperous society and achieve our party's first centenary goal. Without universal health, there is no comprehensive prosperity. In order to enhance the physical fitness of employee partners, improve health levels, reduce the pain and pressure caused by diseases, and alleviate worries, thereby increasing the work enthusiasm and sense of happiness of employee partners. The company has decided to pilot a free medical care plan for employee partners, as follows:

1. Participants

Voluntary registration, all employees of the company.

2. Fundraising

Profits from the White Carbon project will be allocated, with an initial allocation of 200,000 yuan as startup funds. Each employee partner will contribute 2 days' salary or return interest of 600 yuan per year. Those with an investment deposit balance of over 1 million yuan as of December 31 of the previous year are exempt from fundraising.

 3. Fund Management

A financial specialist will set up a bank account, and the accounts will be published in the group every month. Withdrawals will require approval from a designated person in the administrative department.

4. Reimbursement Method

Within 30 days, with an invoice (excluding traffic accidents), after medical insurance reimbursement, within the policy scope (included in the overall plan), the personal out-of-pocket amount will be reimbursed at 100% for both outpatient and inpatient services; outside the medical insurance scope (not included in the overall plan), the personal out-of-pocket amount will be reimbursed at 30%. The investment income from the Belt and Road project will serve as financial support.

5. For medical treatment at non-designated medical insurance units, reimbursement will be based on invoices and sales lists.

6. This regulation will be implemented from January 1, 2021.Enforcement。
